I had a good day, for once. I actually had fun at work. The the owner came through drive-through today, which usually ends in some sort of criticism. However, his son came in later and said that his dad had told him that he received the best service he ever had from any McDonald’s–ever! I was handing out the food, so I was included in the compliment :D.
To celebrate, I washed my car for the first time in many months…I forget how many, but it’s been at least 5. Don’t ask me why I never washed it, cause I don’t really know. I think it was a major case of procrastination and preoccupication. At least now it looks all pretty and shiny and clean. Maybe I should go driving around some weekend to use the sex appeal of my Mustang to attempt to attract a guy :P.
When I got home, I found out that I had received the biggest shipment of the Christmas gifts I’ve purchased for family and friends. I ordered most of the gifts online this year, so to be as cheap as possible, I used the free (read: slow) shipping from Amazon. They were supposed to put items into as few shipments as possible, but everything has, up to now, been coming in shipments of one item at a time. I don’t have to work tomorrow, so I’m going to wrap all the presents I have so far. I just hope Mom left enough paper for me.
Last but not least, I just checked my grades for the fall semester. I got all A’s!!! *does a happy dance around the room* I was pretty worried about my grade in my Introduction to Juvenile Justice class, but apparently the extra credit work padded my tests well enough to let me scrape an A with the final. Yay!!
I also learned that if I was a mythological form, I would be a unicorn. Does that make me a watery unicorn drawn from the brain of a rat?
You are Form 3, Unicorn: The Innocent.
“And The Unicorn knew she wasn’t meant to
go into the Dark Wood. Disregarding the advice
given to her by the spirits, Unicorn went
inside and bled silver blood.. For her
misdeed, the world knew evil.”
Some examples of the Unicorn Form are Eve
(Christian) and Pandora (Greek).
The Unicorn is associated with the concept of
innocence, the number 3, and the element of
water.
Her sign is the twilight sun.
As a member of Form 3, you are a curious
individual. You are drawn to new things and
become fascinated with ideas you’ve never come
in contact with before. Some people may say
you are too nosey, but it’s only because you
like getting to the bottom of things and
solving them. Unicorns are the best friends to
have because they are inquisitive.

I took this quiz to see what kind of organic molecule I am most like. It turns out that I am water, that most laid-back of all molecules…I knew I should have been born in southern California instead of the midwest :)

You are water. You’re not really organic; you’re
neither acidic nor basic, yet you’re an acid
and a base at the same time. You’re strong
willed and opinionated, but relaxed and ready
to flow. So while you often seem worthless,
without you, everything would just not work.
People should definitely drink more of you
every day.
